
The Dragons capped their fall season on the Schuylkill in the Drexel Crew Triathlon

Philadelphia, Pa. - The Drexel crew competed in the Drexel Crew Triathlon this weekend, which is a three mile row, nine mile bike and three mile run. The Drexel Crew Triathlon is an intersquad competition that is a fall tradition for the Dragon rowers and caps their fall season.
The men's race was won by sophomore Michael Niles in a time of 55:08. Senior Terry Mascitelli finished the triathalon only two second behind Niles, to finish in second (55:10). Junior Alan Fody rounded out the top-three finishers, recording a time of 55:19.
On the women's side, senior Sarah Grogan took the top honors, recording a final time of 1:07.30. Junior Elizabeth Adler and Kate McLaughlin finished as the team's second- and third-fittest athletes, with times of 1:12.22 and 1:12.52, respectively.
